Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026. These terms govern the use of the Meridian GRC platform ("the Service"), operated by Mehro, Switzerland ("we", "us").

1. The Service

Meridian GRC is a software-as-a-service platform for governance, risk, and compliance management. Each customer operates within an isolated tenant. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your accounts.
You must not attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content you store in the Service.

3. Data

Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data (CSV) at any time; upon termination we delete tenant data after a 30-day grace period.

4. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed separately in an order form or SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable.

5. AI features

AI-generated content (summaries, drafts, recommendations) is assistance, not professional advice. A qualified person must review AI output before relying on it. AI features operate exclusively on data within your own permission scope.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of the agreed subscription period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms after notice where reasonable.

8. Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Mehro, Switzerland.
